The MAGIC of doing pushups...

I bet you’ve seen…

People do 50-100 pushups every morning.

You might be thinking they’re crazy right?

Well…

There is a reason WHY they do it.

Let me explain…

Doing pushups feels hard to do, especially if you’re a beginner.

The reason why they do it is MUCH more than you think.

A pushup is simple to do, yet NO one is doing it because it’s “hard”

Now why do people do it after getting out of bed?

It helps you warm up not ONLY your body but your brain too.

How does that work you might ask?

You wake up having negative thoughts.

The feeling where you can’t think straight.

Pushups help you regain control of your thoughts.

Here’s my experience…

Never thought it would work UNTIL I did it.

I used to struggle to regain control of my thoughts.

I later saw one of my friends tweeting about how he does pushups in the morning and how it benefited him.

Thought I might give it a try.

The first few days were a bit hard as a expect it to be….

But then I felt much better, in control even.

I’ve never felt this mentally powerful before.

I kept on going and felt even better as time passed.

Just imagen a simple 50 push-ups can get YOU to regain control of your thoughts.

That’s how POWERFUL doing pushups in the morning is.

Now you understand how it works, here’s a mission you NEED to complete…

For the next 60 days, do 50 push-ups.

For those who can’t do it in one go, that’s okay.

Do as much as you can, let’s say 10 or 15 in one go.

Keep going until you reach a total of 50 pushups.

As time passes you’ll find it easier to do them.

Now stop sitting around and give me some push-ups.

No one is going to do it for you, put in the work and enjoy the journey.
